COOK AND CHAT from Garfagnana - Tuscany - Italy
My work as a balloon artist is my passion but it's not my only one. Cooking, life in Tuscany and sharing recipes from around the world is also something that is very special to me.
This is something I have wanted to do for a very long time. Problem is I never had the time to do it, and still don't really, but with so many great cooks out there and loads of craic from around the world, it's time to make a start.

With the Vendemmia (harvesting the grapes) now in full swing, I have an excuse to get going. It is my intention to upload a recipe from Tuscany every few weeks. I will also report on local stories, plus places and the people of Garfagnana.
If you find it interesting I would also like to have local recipies and stories from whatever region or country you live in.

From the 2nd to the 5th April 2012. Live, in Victoria Square, Belfast. Worldwide Balloon Decor built a 1/22 scale Titanic out of balloons. Follow our progress from the initial sketches and drawings, right through until the sculpture was completed.
